exhaust manifold off and on using the hard to get to screws.
Simply install the base plate around the die (just a one time thing), and then you can twist the
vaccum manifold to unlock or lock it place !
Two strong magnets also hold the back half onto the other front half
Fits dillon 1050 (300)  blackout short tool head
